Amber A. Grice is dedicated to helping you find your treasure in the sand. Originally from Traverse City, Michigan Amber moved to SW Florida in a search for warm weather, sunshine and sand between her toes.

Spending her first years working with buyers, sellers, real estate attorneys, and developers in the Title industry taking contracts to a smooth closing. Then following the market in 2006, Amber helped build a successful rental department for a local real estate agent. While Graduating from Edison State College, with an emphasis on marketing and management.

Now Amber's main focus is on Short Sales, Reo's, HUD Properties, Distressed Sales, Handyman Specials, Motivated Sellers, corporate owned, tenant occupied investment properties and tenant/landlord services.
